She also won many prize for her singing in school competition. She is trained in Hindustani Classical music. Neeti also judged singing reality show The Voice India Kids, The Voice India season 2. Neeti was encouraged by her father to launch her first single track “Ja Ja.” Neeti has always been passionate about her mother’s jewellery, and after she cleared her class 10th examination, her mother gifted her a gold pendant with her name on it. Neeti never leaves her home without her recording bag. Neeti often credits her college for shaping her career as an artist. Neeti loves nature and is very specific about cleanliness and hygiene. Moreover, she credits her college for shaping her career in Music and also as an artist. Neeti Mohan received the training in singing from Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, New Delhi. She learned Hindustani classical music for a decade. In the year 2003, she became the co-winner of ‘Channel V Popstars Season 2’ contest, proved to be a turning point in her life; which later formed a band named, Aasma (a pop group formed with the other winners of the show). After joining the ‘Aasma’ band, she moved to Mumbai from Delhi and began her professional career in music. Neeti Mohan’s father encouraged and helped her in making her first single “Ja Ja,” which was released in 2012. The same year, she made a sensational singing debut in Bollywood; as her first two songs “Ishq Wala Love” from the movie Student of the Year and “Jiya Re” from the movie Jab Tak Hai Jaan, became superhits and earned her numerous awards and accolades. In 2017, Neeti Mohan recorded the Star Parivaar Anthem of the year, “Khoobsurat Star Parivaar” along with Jubin Nautiyal. In 2019, Neeti Mohan married Nihaar Pandya at Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad, and meanwhile, her father was admitted to ICU, her sister Shakti Mohan taking care of him at the hospital.
